Ingredients:
3 cups pecans, toasted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix sugar, cinnamon, water and salt together in a large bowl. Cook over medium heat until the soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Beat until thick. Add pecans and coat well. Pour out on wax paper in a thin layer. Let cool and break apart. Store in an airtight container.
