Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups warm mashed potatoes- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- salt
- pepper
- Sprinkle the potatoes with water, sugar and salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well.
- Add flour, a small amount at a time, mixing well until a stiff dough forms. Use more or less flour to obtain the proper consistency.
- Shape into small, flat patties and fry on a lightly greased griddle until brown, turning once
